Welcome to Friendly Fire Team Workshop + Conflict Coaching. By booking or participating in our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Services Offered

We provide:

  • Team workshops (4 hours duration)
  • 1:1 Conflict + Communication Coaching sessions (1 hour duration)
  • Follow-up sessions (tailored to client needs)

Services are available online via video conference or in-person (subject to availability and location).

Booking and Payment

  • Bookings can be made through our website, by phone, or via our contact form
  • Payment is required at the time of booking
  • Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD)
  • All fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy

Participant Responsibilities

By booking our services, you agree to:

  • Arrive on time for scheduled sessions
  • Complete any pre-session requirements (e.g., Clarity 4D questionnaires if applicable)
  • Participate respectfully and constructively
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding other participants' contributions in group workshops
  • Provide accurate contact and payment information

Preparation Requirements

For workshops that include personalised Clarity 4D questionnaires, participants must complete the questionnaire (approximately 15 minutes) before the workshop date.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Please refer to our Refund and Cancellation Policy for full details. In summary:

  • Rescheduling is available at any time
  • Cancellations within two weeks of the scheduled date incur a 20% cancellation fee
  • No-shows are not eligible for refunds

Confidentiality

Information shared during coaching sessions is treated as confidential. However, we may be required to disclose information if legally obligated or if there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.

Intellectual Property

All materials, resources, and content provided during workshops and coaching sessions are the intellectual property of Friendly Fire and our partners (including Clarity 4D). These materials are for your personal or organizational use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or sold without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Our services are designed to improve conflict resolution and communication skills. While we strive to deliver high-quality services, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our services.

Modifications to Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes under State jurisdiction will be resolved in the courts of Victoria (or other relevant dispute resolution forum), and any disputes under Federal jurisdiction will be resolved in the courts of Australia (or other relevant dispute resolution forum). 

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
