REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Thank you for booking with Friendly Fire Team Workshop + Conflict Coaching. We are committed to providing high-quality conflict resolution services and want to ensure you understand our refund and cancellation terms.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your workshop or coaching session at any time by contacting us. We will work with you to find a mutually convenient alternative date and time.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations made more than two (2) weeks before the scheduled session date will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within two (2) weeks of the scheduled session date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 20% of the total cost. The remaining 80% will be refunded.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session may not be eligible for a refund.

No-Shows

If you fail to attend your scheduled session without prior notice, no refund will be provided.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
